The idea for AuthentifAI was sparked during a candid conversation between our CEO, Joel Coen, and a longtime business associate.

The idea for AuthentifAI was sparked during a candid conversation between our CEO, Joel Coen, and a longtime business associate. What started as a casual chat quickly revealed a costly trend; companies were spending tens of thousands of dollars flying in candidates for interviews, only to realize many were using AI tools to cheat the system and didn’t meet the job’s real demands.

That insight lit a fire. Joel, who’s led strategic growth and operations at scale, saw the need for a solution that brings truth back into the hiring process, not by rejecting AI, but by staying ahead of it.

To turn that vision into something real, he partnered with Raghudhar “Raghu” Maddali, our CTO and COO. With nearly 20 years of engineering leadership at Qualcomm and NXP, Raghu brings deep technical expertise and a builder’s mindset. He’s shaping a platform that’s not only secure and scalable, but capable of spotting AI-generated deception with precision.

To ensure the platform is intuitive and effortless to use, Adam Fellows came on board as our UI/UX and marketing implementation lead. Adam’s background in digital strategy and interface design ensures that AuthentifAI works the way our users think; clean, simple, and seamless.
